SCAR’s research is a cornerstone of our work, providing critical insights into how racism and discrimination affect individuals and communities both within and outside of sports. Our studies focus on a wide range of topics, including the role of sports in fostering social cohesion, the impact of racism on youth development, and how intersectionality influences experiences of discrimination

 

Through collaborations with academic institutions, policy think tanks, and community organizations, we aim to produce data-driven solutions that inform our campaigns and interventions. SCAR’s research not only highlights problems but also provides pathways to inclusive, equitable outcomes

Our Campaigns

Our campaigns are dynamic, multi-faceted efforts that address the complexities of racism and social injustice in modern society. Beyond sports, our work spans sectors such as education, healthcare, and public policy, offering practical tools for individuals and organizations to take meaningful action. 

For Example:

• We run campaigns that highlight the contributions of Black and Asian communities to various industries, challenging stereotypes and increasing visibility.
• We collaborate with schools and community centers to develop anti-racist curricula and create safe spaces for dialogue and learning.
• Our social media and public awareness campaigns seek to amplify marginalized voices and bring attention to critical social justice issues.
